The Chain Power Shield Cable is a high-performance, engineered cable solution designed specifically for demanding dynamic applications in industrial automation. This cable is constructed to operate reliably inside cable carriers or drag chains, providing a critical link for machinery where failure is not an option. Chain cable Structure

  • Conductor: Multi-conductor design with finely stranded, high-flexibility copper conductors. Includes separate cores for power (typically larger gauge) and control/data signals (smaller gauge).

  • Insulation: Advanced thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) or specially formulated PVC, optimized for flexibility and durability.

  • Shielding: Comprehensive aluminum-polyester foil shield with integrated drain wire, supplemented by a high-coverage tinned copper braid for superior EMI/RFI protection.

  • Jacket: Abrasion-resistant, oil-coolant-water resistant jacket made from PVC. Resists cracking in challenging industrial climates.
