What's travelling flat cable ？

RONA Travelling Flat Cable is specially designed for power supply, control and signal transmission in travelling cranes, overhead cranes, hoists, lifting equipment and other material handling systems. Its flat construction provides excellent flexibility and efficient space utilization, making it suitable for continuous horizontal and vertical travelling applications where cables are repeatedly moved, bent and exposed to mechanical stress.

The cable can be manufactured with flexible stranded copper conductors and customized insulation and jacket materials such as PVC, PUR, rubber or other specialized compounds according to the application requirements. It offers excellent resistance to abrasion, oil, mechanical stress and environmental conditions, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

With optimized cable construction and high-flexibility materials, RONA Travelling Flat Cable is suitable for festoon systems, cable trolleys and crane cable management systems.
