The RONA 6/10KV Medium Voltage Flat Reel Cable is a heavy-duty, high-performance power transmission solution engineered for massive mobile machinery and port equipment. Unlike standard round cables, this flat reeling cable is specially designed to offer superior heat dissipation, space-saving installation, and extreme resistance to continuous bending in a single plane. Reinforced with high-tensile strength elements and equipped with advanced electrical stress control layers, this cable guarantees uninterrupted medium-voltage power supply during the demanding, continuous winding and unwinding operations of heavy cranes.
Exceptional Tensile Strength: Embedded with high-tensile aramid fibers (Kevlar) or flexible steel wire ropes, effectively absorbing massive mechanical stress and preventing core breakage during rapid reeling operations.
Advanced Electrical Stress Control: At 6-10KV, standard insulation is not enough. Our cable features precise semi-conductive screens that prevent partial discharges and eliminate electrical stress concentrations, ensuring maximum safety and extending cable life.
Anti-Corkscrew Flat Design: The parallel alignment of cores in a flat configuration ensures the cable only bends on one axis. This completely eliminates the "corkscrew" effect and internal twisting common in heavily used round cables.
