Product Description
High-Performance Marine & Offshore Power Cables –Engineered for Subsea, Offshore Platforms, and Harsh Marine Conditions
Our Marine & Offshore Cables are specifically designed for the most demanding ocean engineering applications — including subsea oil & gas platforms, submarine optical fiber installations, deep-sea exploration equipment, vessels, docks, and bridge underwater power supply systems. These cables deliver reliable power and signal transmission under high water pressure, strong corrosive seawater, and extreme temperatures.
Whether you need to power underwater devices, connect marine detection equipment, or ensure stable communication links in deep-sea environments, our water-tight cables provide uncompromising performance.
Construction
Conductor – Tinned stranded copper (IEC 60228 Class 5)
Inner wrapping – Non-woven fabric / water-blocking tape
Insulation – 125℃ LSZH polyolefin or EPR rubber (VDE 0270)
Armor (optional) – Metal braid (for mechanical protection)
Outer sheath – Chloroprene rubber 5GM5 (DIN VDE 0207) or LSHM

Core Advantages
✅ Superior Environmental Resistance
Long-term conductor operating temperature: up to 125℃ (Class 125 insulation)
Ambient installation range: -35℃ to +55℃ (optional -45℃ for special designs)
Survives harsh conditions: humidity, salt spray, oil contamination, UV radiation, and ozone exposure
Water-tight construction ideal for deep-sea / submerged applications
✅ Mechanical Durability
Minimum bending radius:
Non-armored (D≤25mm): 6D
Non-armored (D>25mm): 8D
Metal braided armored: 8D (any diameter)
Abrasion-resistant and oil-resistant jacket materials available
Suitable for drag installation in rough terrains (outdoor, trench, bridge tray, direct burial)
✅ Electrical Performance
Rated voltage U₀/U: 600V (up to higher upon request)
Test voltage: 3.5 kV AC for 5 minutes (meeting industrial standards)
Flexible tinned copper conductor – IEC 60228 Class 5 / IEEE 1580 Table 11 compliant
Applications
Offshore oil & gas platforms – drilling, control, power
Submarine cable systems – power + signal for underwater nodes
Deep-sea exploration equipment – ROVs, sensors, underwater vehicles
Ports, docks & bridges – underwater lighting, pumps, submerged facilities
Shipboard & marine vessels – deck machinery, navigation, control systems
Harsh industrial environments – high humidity, salt spray, oil present
Packaging
Packaging: Reel or coil (depending on length)
Reel standards: Compliant industrial wooden/steel reels
Cable end sealing: Reliable sealing to prevent moisture ingress
Overhang length: ≤ 500 mm (when required)
Marking: Permanent ink-jet or embossed with model, voltage, batch no.
Why Choose Our Marine Cables?
