Construction

  1. Conductor – Tinned stranded copper (IEC 60228 Class 5)

  2. Inner wrapping – Non-woven fabric / water-blocking tape

  3. Insulation – 125℃ LSZH polyolefin or EPR rubber (VDE 0270)

  4. Armor (optional) – Metal braid (for mechanical protection)

  5. Outer sheath – Chloroprene rubber 5GM5 (DIN VDE 0207) or LSHM

  2. Test voltage: 3.5 kV AC for 5 minutes (meeting industrial standards)

  3. Flexible tinned copper conductor – IEC 60228 Class 5 / IEEE 1580 Table 11 compliant
