Product Description
The Neutrally Buoyant Cable is a high-performance, zero-buoyancy photoelectric composite cable specially engineered for demanding underwater applications. Designed for long-term deployment in freshwater and marine environments, it integrates 9 single-mode optical fibers and 4 power conductors within a single robust cable.
This hybrid design enables simultaneous high-speed optical signal transmission and reliable power delivery, eliminating the need for multiple separate cables. With true neutral buoyancy in freshwater, the cable maintains stable positioning underwater without floating or sinking, significantly reducing mechanical stress on connected equipment and simplifying installation and recovery operations.
Built with premium TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) outer sheath material, the cable offers exceptional resistance to abrasion, hydrolysis, seawater corrosion, and high hydrostatic pressure, making it ideal for prolonged submersion in challenging subsea conditions.

Core Advantages
True Zero Buoyancy: Neutral weight in freshwater ensures the cable remains suspended at the desired depth without additional buoyancy aids or ballast weights.
High Mechanical Strength: Breaking load ≥15kN, safe working load ≥5kN.
Deep-Water Pressure Resistance: Rated for 40MPa transverse water pressure with excellent core-to-core insulation performance.
Wide Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +85°C.
Hybrid Transmission: Combines high-bandwidth optical communication with robust power delivery in one compact cable.
Durable Construction: TPU outer jacket with high flexibility and excellent resistance to oils, chemicals, and marine environments.
Long Continuous Lengths: Available in single lengths of 100m and above.
